Dry Raspy Cough May Not Be Your Fault - Mesothelioma
Chest-pain? dry raspy cough with no phlegm? Could be mesothelioma, and if so--it's not your fault.
If, thinking back, you suspect you were exposed to asbestos fifteen to twenty years ago, it's time to seriously consider calling a doctor and possibly an attorney. Asbestos poisoning is not a thing of the past, despite wide-spread belief to the contrary.
In fact, if you're symptom-free but believe that you were exposed to asbestos, get screened by a physician. Because, the sooner it's discovered, the more comfort you can hope for and afford. Other Symptoms Of Mesothelioma

What To Do About Fear Of Heights?
Standing on the roof of a tall building can be frightening. Such a fear is natural. However, for some, it gets out of hand.
If climbing a ladder or stepping onto a balcony creates paralyzing terror, that's a real problem. When fears keep one from performing common activities important in daily life, a lot just doesn't get done. Fortunately, two major approaches to overcoming such over-blown fears have helped many in the past. If these don't work, prescription medicine is, of course, another option. Horses, Fluoride Poisoning, & Lung Cancer
The idea that the fluoride in toothpaste and municipal drinking water is poisonous, does not protect teeth, and can even cause lung cancer doesn't sit well with the average American.
For this reason, a video about the Justice family's troubled horses has been very helpful. Because it doesn't directly confront the effect of fluoride on people, it's easier to look at objectively. After viewing their touching video, consider reading about fluoridation's science-fiction-like origins. It's very well summed-up in the blog post hosting the video.
Author's note: I simply couldn't hold back from discussing this issue, as I recently had a huge Aha! moment regarding a screenplay idea I've had on the shelf. It's a biting satire related to the whole fluoride fiasco. Think it'll be a challenge to get such a work produced? :P Please, comment if this touched you in any way, and share this message with friends via the buttons provided! Thanks much. :O) ~G View Video About Justice Horses, Fluoride Poisoning, & Lung Cancer

So, Where On This Planet CAN You Breathe Fresh Air?
The question of where on earth the air is breathable and fresh was posted on the Web and refused eight answers.

The answers to this health question had a few things in common, though some were more optimistic than others. The most common denominator was trees. The answer that won the most votes was from a retiree living "in far north Georgia at a 2000 foot elevation in the Blue Ridge Mountain area adjacent to the Chattahoochee National Forest." Far from any industrial activity and surrounded by pine trees--even the nearby lake is kept pristine by a no-motorboat policy.
This fortunate retiree leads the pack in pointing out the oxygenating effect that comes from such an abundance of trees. A number of respondents also suggested that land elevation may be helpful. One, suggesting Switzerland, outright. Answers To "Where On This Planet Can You Breathe Fresh Air"

Johnathan Livingston Seagull: Flying, Spiritually & Physically
JONATHAN LIVINGSTON SEAGULL is a book about flying.
Not flying in an airplane or even a hang glider. JOHNATHAN LIVINGSTON SEAGULL by Richard Bach is about a bird who actually thinks about flying, notices what other birds take for granted.

Because of that, this bird experiences another dimension of being. And, it can be the same for a human being who notices mundane life. When one begins to look around the corners of the mundane, a mystery's presence is exposed. And a new adventure begins.
This is a short book that stays with the reader for a long time. Imagination takes flight with JOHNATHAN LIVINGSTON SEAGULL
